Do I need to install an app?
No. hallbook runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. Open the link, sign in with an OTP, and you are in.
How does it stop double bookings?
A confirmed hall, date and slot is locked in the database itself, not just on the screen. Two people cannot confirm the same slot, even at the same moment.
Can my staff use it in Telugu?
Yes. Every screen is available in Telugu and English, and each person switches with one tap.
Will my customers get confirmations?
Yes, once you switch SMS on. Holds, confirmations and payment receipts go out automatically, with a link to a receipt they can open on their phone.
Who can see my bookings?
